Hand Balancing Workshop For Beginners

Want to learn how to balance on your hands?  If your answer is yes then this is a workshop for you! 

Hand balances can seem scary and very intimidating , especially when introduced in the middle of your yoga class.  Fear is normal but can be a huge road block in your journey to becoming better at hand balancing.

During this 2 hour workshop you will learn the following fundamentals: 

-How to strengthen and improve flexibility in the wrists

-How to strengthen and engage the shoulders

-The importance of scapular mobility and core stability.  

-How to work on Hamstring flexibilty

-How all of these applications can improve and strengthen your yoga practice and allow you to explore and play with arm balances.

This inspirational workshop will invigorate you, challenge you, and educate you.  Set your fear aside, come learn, come balance and most of all......come to have FUN!!!

*NOTE*  Inversions will be offered in a separate workshop.

Investment:  $30+ hst ($33.90 Total) per person.  This workshop is limited to 12 participants.
