At LAT Fit and Well, your one-on-one program is more than just a series of training sessions.  Here you are empowered to achieve optimal wellness by building resilience through both nutrition and movement. Programs are custom to your specific needs and goals. Whether you want to build muscle and/or endurance, loose weight, strengthen, tone, gain flexibility and mobility, or are looking for sport specific conditioning...LAT can help!

Sandi is a free-spirited, Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Yoga Instructor, and FRC Mobility specialist who cares and is dedicated solely to seeing you succeed.  She offers you a push, when you need a push, holds you accountable while offering strength and encouragement along the way.

 A FREE consultation is included with private packages to ensure Sandi is a good fit for you, and you for her. Fitness assessments are available upon request for an additional fee of $15.

 

A 24 hr cancellation policy applies to all appointments. 

PRIVATE TRAINING, Mobility OR YOGA (approximately 45 mins)

Single Session $75 (pay as you come, no weekly commitment)

Package #1  $375  includes 6 private training sessions with a 1 x weekly commitment.

Package #2  $675 includes 12 private training sessions with a 1 x weekly commitment.

SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING, MOBILITY OR YOGA (APPROXIMATELY 45 MINS)

Single Session $80 ($40 per person) Pay as you come, no weekly commitment)

Package #1  $410 (205 per person)  includes 6 Semi-private training sessions with a 1 x weekly commitment. Total is to be paid upfront


*Please Note: If you wish to continue and maintain your set appointment day/time after current package ends, new package fee is due on the day of your last paid session.

YOGA CLASSES: 4 Class Pack $60 (8 week expiry) or drop-in $20

TUESDAYS 9:30am-VINYASA FLOW: This class is designed for those who like to move! Vinyasa flow is a faster pace yoga class that allows for a lot of variety within a 60min window. You can expect a gentle warm up, followed by Sun salutations, a sequence of seated and standing postures, balance and breath work. Guaranteed to improve your flexibility, strength and endurance. 7 spaces only. Text 905-715-6842 to reserve your space

ALL LEVELS WELCOME. *Not suitable for those with injuries*

THURSDAYS 9:30am-MOBILITY FLOW: My signature class. A combination of Balance + Strength + Core+ Movement. This class offers an overall approach to mobility, stability and awareness of the body as it performs in your daily life. Diversity in your practice allows you to feel comfortable and confident stepping onto your mat in any class. This class runs for 6 consecutive weeks beginning Jan. 9th at 9:30am and ends Feb.13th. Fee: $90

WEDNESDAYS 6pm-BEGINNER YOGA- During this 60min class you will learn how to perform common yoga postures, how to position your body to minimize injury and tools to modify each one. Diversity in your practice allows you to feel comfortable and confident stepping onto your mat in any class. This class runs for 6 consecutive weeks beginning Jan. 14th at 6pm and ends Feb.18th. Fee: $90

LIFTING FOR STRENGTH CLASSES: 6 week blocks-pre-determined dates $90

Mondays 5:30pm & Thursdays 4:45pm

Strength is the foundation to all we do. During this 60min class we will move through a weight circuit performing movements that will help to strengthen and balance the body. If you are looking to change your body composition, tighten, and tone, then this class is for you!
