PLUS the more muscle you have, the more calories you will burn at rest. Strength training is a KEY if you want to see a change in your body composition.

Monday evenings beginning May 1, 2017 at 7pm for a 6 week 60 min Strength Camp to get you lifting properly & safely, and on your way to building a lean, strong and beach ready BOD!
6 weeks for $90+HST. (10 max participants) Drop-ins welcome space provided $20+HST Payment is due in full by April 28th to reserve your space.
Bring your indoor clean running shoes, water and sweat towel.
All levels welcome!
