Time to get FIT, STRONG, and build some MUSCLE! Strength is not only key for injury prevention but will help you excel at all you do. The more muscle you have, the more calories you will burn at rest.
Join me Monday evenings beginning Monday January 2nd, 2017 at 7 pm for an 8 week, 60 min Strength Camp to get you lifting properly & safely, and your way to building a lean and strong body.
8 weeks for $120+HST. (10 max participants) Drop-ins welcome space provided $20+HST Payment is due in full by Dec. 30th to reserve your space.
Bring your indoor clean running shoes, water and sweat towel.
All levels welcome.
NOTE*** There are no make-ups for missed classes.
