New Year STRENGTH CAMP

Summer bodies are made in the winter!  Time to get FIT, STRONG, and build some MUSCLE!  Strength is not only key for injury prevention but will help you excel at all you do.  The more muscle you have, the more calories you will burn at rest.

Join me Friday mornings beginning Friday Jan. 6th, 2017 at 9:15am for a 6 week, 60 min Strength Camp to get you lifting properly & safely, and your way to building a lean and strong body.
6 weeks for $90+HST. (10 max participants) Drop-ins welcome space provided $20+HST  Payment is due in full by Jan. 4th to reserve your space. 
Bring your indoor clean running shoes, water and sweat towel. 
All levels welcome.

NOTE*** There are no make-ups for missed classes.

Strength Camps also run Mondays at 7pm
