Monday Evening Strength Camp

Want a strong and functional body?  Strength is not only key for injury prevention but will help you excel at all you do.  Join me Monday evenings beginning Sept 12th, at 7 pm for a 60 min Strength Camp to get you lifting properly & safely, and on your way to building a strong and supportive foundation. 
6 weeks for $90+HST. NO class Thanksgiving Monday Oct 10th.
Bring your indoor clean running shoes, water and sweat towel. 
All levels welcome.
This program is a 6 week commitment.  Maximum 10 participants.  Reserve your space with payment in full by Sept.5th 

Drop-ins welcome $20+hst space provided

Strength camps also run on Fridays at 9:15 am and Saturdays at 8am.

*Note*. No make-ups for missed classes.
