Join me Saturday mornings beginning Sept 10th, at 8am for a 60 min Strength Camp to get you lifting properly & safely, and on your way to building a strong and supportive foundation.

Bring your indoor clean running shoes, water and sweat towel.

This program is a 6 week commitment. Maximum 10 participants. Reserve your space with payment in full by Sept.3rd
Drop-ins welcome $20+hst space provided
Strength camps also run on Mondays at 7 pm and Fridays at 9:15 am.
