Are you ready to trade your TV time in for movement?  This 8 week running program will have you doing just that, and loving it!  This running clinic caters to beginners with zero to minimal running experience, or for those returning to running and need a little refresher or perhaps just a little kick in the pants motivation!  During this 8 week program you will learn how to progress from a walk to a run safely, at your own pace, in a supportive and non-judgmental atmosphere surrounded by others with the same goal.  Final 5 Km run on week #8.

What does your investment include?  Complete 8 week take home running schedule, 1x weekly meet-up on Saturdays for 8 weeks, including warm-up and a cool down stretch, nutrition tips for running, injury prevention, certificate and a custom Mala bracelet designed by Purple Lotus upon completion, with a final race day celebration May 28th

$129.99+HST  Registration due date is March 26th including Dr's note, completed waivers and payment in FULL.  Payments accepted: e-transfers, cash or cheque.  E-transfers can be sent to latpts@gmail.com  Go to "Contact Us" to sign up.

Dr's note is required and it is recommended that you get properly fitted for running shoes.  

*NOTE*  The fee above is based on 6 minimum of participants. Fee will increase if minimum is less then 6.
