*NOTE* Speed will amplify imbalances. This clinic is not suitable for those with joint/muscular issues or recovering from an illness or injury. If you answer 'YES" to one of the questions on the "PAR-Q" (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire) a Doctors note is required to participate. Some running experience is recommended.
