Want to loose FAT?  Want to gain LEAN MUSCLE MASS?  Want to get STRONGER AND FASTER?  You should be sprinting!!  Not only is sprinting conducive to building and maintaining a lean, muscular physique, it will do more to develop your aesthetic and anaerobic capacities then anything else out there.  Join me Fridays at 5 pm for this 6 week sprinting clinic.   

*NOTE*  Speed will amplify imbalances.  This clinic is not suitable for those with joint/muscular issues or  recovering from an illness or injury.  If you answer 'YES" to one of the questions on the "PAR-Q" (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire) a Doctors note is required to participate. Some running experience is recommended.

Investment:  $90 +HST

Start Date is April 1st weather/road conditions depending. 

Go to "Contact" and sign-up today!  Clinic is limited to 10 participants.  Signed waivers and fee paid in full reserves your space.  No make-ups for missed sessions.
