Want a strong and functional body?  Strength is not only key for injury prevention but will help you excel at all you do.  Join me this Saturday morning July 2nd, for a 60 min Strength Camp to get you lifting properly & safely, and on your way to building a strong and supportive foundation. 
$15 DROP-IN
Bring your indoor running shoes, a yoga mat, water and sweat towel. 
All levels welcome.
 

Strength camps also run on Mondays at 7pm and Fridays at 9:15am.
