Want a strong and functional body? Strength is not only key for injury prevention but will help you excel at all you do. Join me Monday evenings beginning July 18th, for a 60 min Strength Camp to get you lifting properly & safely, and your way to building a strong and supportive foundation.
5 weeks for $75+HST.
Bring your indoor running shoes, a yoga mat, water and sweat towel.
All levels welcome.
This program is a 6 week commitment. Maximum 10 participants. Reserve your space with payment in full by July 16th
Drop-ins welcome $20+hst space provided
Classes will be held on July 18, 25, August 8, 15 & 29th.

Strength camps also run on Fridays at 9:15 am.
