Want a strong and functional body?  Strength is not only key for injury prevention but will help you excel at all you do.  Join me Friday mornings beginning July 22 at 9:15am, for a 60 min Strength Camp to get you lifting properly & safely, and your way to building a strong and supportive foundation.  Guaranteed to sweat.
5 weeks for $75 +HST. 
Bring your clean indoor running shoes, a yoga mat, water and sweat towel. 
All levels welcome.
This program is a 5 week commitment.  Maximum 10 participants.  Reserve your space with payment in full by July 20th.  

Drop-in $20+HST (space provided)

Strength camps also run on Mondays at 7pm.

*Note*. No make-ups for missed classes.
