During this 75 min nontraditional flow we will combine yoga postures with calisthenics. Calisthenics is a great way to build up an athletic strong body, get more mobile and improve your coordination, stability and body perception. Mobility and strength are key in all skill sets. Practicing calisthenic movements will well prepare your tendons, ligaments and joints, helping you create a pain-free ROM (Range of Motion) and leaving you less susceptible to injury.
