Friday Spring Strength Camp

Summer bodies are made in the winter and spring!  Warm weather and bathing suit season is fast approaching!  Time to get FIT, STRONG, LEAN and build some MUSCLE!  Strength is not only key for injury prevention but will help you excel at all you do.  PLUS the more muscle you have, the more calories you will burn at rest.  Weight training is a KEY if you want to see a change in your body composition.  

Join us!  You'll be looking good, and feeling even better!

Friday mornings beginning Friday April 13, 2017 at 9:15 am for a 60 min Strength Camp to get you lifting properly & safely, and on your way to building a lean, strong and beach ready BOD!


6 weeks for $90+HST. (12 max participants)

Drop-ins welcome space provided $20+HST.

 
Bring your indoor clean running shoes, water and sweat towel. 
All levels welcome!

 

NOTE*** There are no make-ups for missed classes. 

Strength Camps also run Mondays at 7pm
