Holidays are over and New Years resolutions begin.  Instead of setting unrealistic goals why not commit to moving more and eating better all year long?  Join us Friday mornings at 9:15am here at LAT FIT AND WELL for a 60 min Strength class that will strengthen you, challenge you, and help you perform better at all that you do!  Time to kiss those holiday love handles good-bye, get back into a routine and make 2018 your healthiest year yet!
