Strength is not only key for injury prevention but will help you excel at all you do. PLUS the more muscle you have, the more calories you will burn at rest. Weight training is a KEY if you want to see a change in your body composition.

Monday evenings beginning Monday Feb.26, 2017 at 7 pm for a 60 min Strength Camp to get you lifting properly & safely, and on your way to building a lean, strong and beach ready BOD!
6 weeks for $90+HST. (12 max participants) Payment is due in FULL by Feb. 22nd to retain your space.
Drop-ins welcome space provided $20+HST.
Bring your indoor clean running shoes, water and sweat towel.
All levels welcome!
