During this 75 min flow we will synchronize movement and breath to cultivate a flowing, meditative practice. Equal attention will be paid to posture and transition, building on awareness of the energetic and structural benefits of Asana. Strong focus on breath, mobility, standing balances, optional arm balances and the back body.
