PLUS the more muscle you have, the more calories you will burn at rest. Strength training is a KEY if you want to see a change in your body composition.

Monday evenings beginning again June 12, 2017 at 7pm for 3 weeks 60 min Strength Camp to get you lifting properly & safely, and on your way to building a lean, strong and beach ready BOD!
3 weeks for $45+HST. (10 max participants) Drop-ins welcome space provided $20+HST Payment is due in full by June 12th to reserve your space.
Bring your indoor clean running shoes, water and sweat towel.
All levels welcome!
**No class July 3rd & 10th** Class will resume July 17th.
