Join me Friday mornings beginning Friday Feb. 17th, 2017 at 9:15 am for a 6 week, 60 min Strength Camp to get you lifting properly & safely, and your way to building a lean and strong body.
6 weeks for $90+HST. (10 max participants) Drop-ins welcome space provided $20+HST Payment is due in full by Feb.10th to reserve your space.
Bring your indoor clean running shoes, water and sweat towel.
