Join us at the LAT FIT AND WELL studio Saturday Jan. 28th at 9 am for a 45 min body weight movement class followed by a 45 min yoga sequence and help those, primarily adults, whom are homeless or living in poverty.

9:45-10:30 am Yoga Join us for one or both!!
Investment: Donation of larger sizes gently used sweat shirts and sweat pants, running shoes and winter boots
- Hygiene items: deodorant, tampons, shampoo and conditioner …. Etc
- new socks & underwear
- we have a hot water station, so Mr. Noodles cups, instant coffee, hot chocolate, fruit cups
- other things to support being outdoors for long periods of time: new or used umbrellas, tarps, gently used blankets
-new winter wear ie. hats, mitts, scarves, neck warmers etc for all ages
-new or gently used winter jackets for adults
What to bring: Yoga mat, water, sweat towel and your passion to give!..
