Are you looking for an activity that will compliment your son or daughters sport? YOGA is the perfect fit.
During this 60 min practice we will focus on breath work, body awareness, flexibility, range of motion, balance, core and postures that will strengthen the entire body.
WHEN: Sundays 1-2 pm
DATES: June 28, July 5, 19, 26 (No class July 12)
COST: 4 classes for $40 or $15 Drop-in (space provided)
NEEDED: Yoga Mat, water, sweat towel and a positive attitude!
