Summer is a wonderful and very busy time. Vacation, family time and some R&R are all very important to our overall wellness, but sometimes our fitness and eating regimes are put on hold and we start to undo all of our progress.
Join us Friday mornings for 6 weeks and keep yourself accountable. Even if you just challenge yourself 1 class a week over the summer is better then nothing at all.
Lets push, pull, squat, lunge, hinge and twist our way into September maintaining our weight and waistline!
