Ready to get back at it???   Summer has been great, you've enjoyed family gatherings, long weekends and get together with friends.  Perhaps you've taken some down time from work and some time off from the gym and eating regime too.  This is OK, after all life is all about balance but its also important to get back into a routine now that involves nourishing and moving your body consistently. 

Join me Friday mornings at 9:15 am, LAT FIT AND WELL style, for a 60 min Strength class that will strengthen you, challenge you, and help you perform better at all that you do!!

6 Weeks $90 + HST 

$20 + HST drop-in (space provided)
