Creating resilience through the alignment of Fundamental Strength and Functional Flexibility

During this 75 minute vinyasa style yoga class we will incorporate sun salutations, traditional yoga postures, and functional strength movements, with emphasis on posture and mobility.  It is the intention of this class to move participants towards a stronger, more balanced and pain-free body. All levels welcome.

Classes run Tuesdays and Saturdays 9:30am
