This is an 8 week running program designed for beginners, for those who have minimal running experience and want to learn to run OR for those who are returning to running and need a little refresher and or a little motivation!  During this 8 week program you learn how to progress from a walk to a run safely, at your own pace with a final 5Km race at the end on HALLOWEEN!!!  

Whats does your investment include?  Complete 8 week take home running schedule,  1 x week approx. 1 hour meet-up every Sat for 8 weeks including warm up and a cool down stretch, nutrition tips for running, injury prevention,  certificate  and a custom Mala bracelet designed by Purple Lotus upon completion, with a final race day celebration on the 31st.
